You can get eBooks immediately (no waiting or paying for shipping), plus many older titles/backlist titles are available in our eBook selection. Just use search to look for authors and titles you missed when they were in the bookstore. There is no extra storage space needed in your home to shelve your eBooks. I entered a coupon code with my order but the savings shows as $0.00; did the coupon work like it should?
Coupons are applied based on the title's original Suggested Retail Price (SRP). If there are multiple opportunities to receive a discount (for instance, a coupon and a promotion at the eBook Store), we apply the highest discount on your behalf. In cases where a promotion at the eBook Store is greater than the coupon discount, the on-site discount takes precedence and the coupon savings will show as $0.00. Note that in this scenario, the coupon code entered is not actually applied. You can therefore use the coupon with a future purchase if desired (subject to the original expiration date of the coupon).

Why do I need a separate eBook account when I already have an eHarlequin.com account?
Because the eBook Boutique is only for the purchase of Harlequin eBooks, it requires a separate shopping cart from eHarlequin.com. You will need to create a separate eBook Boutique account to purchase and download eBooks.
At this time you cannot purchase eBooks and print books in the same shopping cart.

Can I use the materials I purchase from this site on multiple computers?
This depends on the format…
- If you are using Adobe eBooks…
Adobe Digital Editions must be activated using an Adobe ID in order to share purchased eBooks among multiple computers. When you first open Adobe Digital Editions, you are prompted to activate, or authorize, your computer.
- If you are using Microsoft Reader eBooks…
Microsoft Reader eBooks may be moved from computer to computer, as long as each computer has a copy of Microsoft Reader that is activated to the same Passport account as the computer used to download the ebook.
- If you are using Mobipocket eBooks…
You can read Mobipocket eBooks on 3 machines. You need to install Mobipocket Reader on any machine on which you intend to read a Mobipocket eBook. You must then register a Mobipocket PID at this site for each machine on which you intend to read a Mobipocket eBook.
